My practice is currently digital, which means all forms are kept in a secure online client portal. You can access the portal to request or change an appointment and view any forms or billing documents. Just click this link.

  • I can accept clients based in NY and NJ for virtual therapy.

    First Session | 60 min | $175

    Regular Session weekly | 50 min | $150

    Package | 4 weekly sessions | $550

    Must be paid before session starts or paid in installments. Ask upon consultation

    Under the No Surprises Act, clients have a right to receive a “good faith estimate” of expected charges, explaining how much your care will cost. This will be provided as a separate document prior to beginning therapy. More details about this law and what it means for you can be found here.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a type of therapy for survivors of trauma to process thoughts, images, and/or memories related to a distressing or disturbing experience. EMDR uses guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation techniques to help the brain reprocess distressing memories. EMDR has proven to be effective in reducing symptoms with the World Health Organization and American Psychological Association has recommended EMDR as a trauma treatment method.   • I currently accept insurance through a third party called Alma, Growth and Headway.

    I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

  • Please note there are limited sliding scale appointments available.

    I am an active participant of Open Path Collective where sessions range from $40-$70 per session.

    I believe in making my services affordable to the community, so I offer a “no questions asked” sliding scale fee. We would discuss what you can afford based on my needs and yours.

  • All sessions are paid before the session starts. I accept debit & credit cards through the online client portal.

    At this time, I do not accept cash or check.

  • Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
    A rescheduled appointment MUST BE the same week.
    A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you do not keep your appointment. Utilize text, call, or email.
